HOUSE RULES FOR CUSTOMERS

We are a small business, and work by appointment, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our cancellation policy is:

In the case of late cancellations and no-shows, we will charge the amount of the fee equal to 50% of the reserved services. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

Only customers with existing bookings will be allowed in. If you are showing symptoms please cancel your booking.

According to the new regulations, all our customers are required to wear a mask. If you  are not wearing a mask, unfortunately we will not be allowed to let you in.

We kindly ask you to either remove your shoes or wear protective shoe covers. These will be provided by us.

Customers should come alone. If you have someone with you, that person will have to wait outside.

Customers will only be allowed to remain inside our salons for the time the service lasts. Waiting customers will have to do so on the outside and will subsequently be let in by a member of the staff.

We kindly ask you to either remove your shoes or wear protective shoe covers. These will be provided by us.

Any mobile device used inside the salon needs to be disinfected prior to being used.

Since we cannot sterilise nail files, if you have artificial nails you will have to acquire one. The cost is 5€, paid once only. This nail file is yours only and will be disinfected and safely kept for your next visits.

We will ask you to leave bags, jackets and other non necessary items on a designated area. A member of the staff will assist you.
